About Pat Kapp and Windsong
Pat Kapp has been involved in showing and breeding the Coton de Tulear since 1993 when she got her first Coton, Mercedes of Plattikill.
Pat was immediately taken by the intelligent, happy temperment of the breed and discovered, as so many others have, that they are little clowns filled with love.
Since then she has been very involved with the breed and is a USACTC Code of Ethics Breeder. Her breeding program is dedicated to the health and temperment of the Coton de Tulear.
She is actively involved in helping other people show and breed, passing on her extensive knowledge and experience. The list of USACTC Champions continues to grow each year due to the effort Pat puts into gathering and reporting show results and assisting others in championing their Cotons.
